About The Club
Hand written minutes of meetings in 1946 show an organization called, The Salmon Arm Fish and Game Protective Association. They held regular meetings in the town hall and discussed such things as consideration for holding a smoker, or a banquet for social activity.
Today, we are a collective of enthusiasts, pursuing outdoor activities, habitat enhancement and conservation.
Our facilities include a federally inspected and approved rifle and pistol/handgun range, as well as archery, trap and skeet ranges. We offer primitive camping, a club house with an enclosed veranda, and local events and activities.
The Salmon Arm Fish & Game Club is a member of the British Columbia Wildlife Federation and supports hunting, fishing and shooting activities. The club is actively involved in wildlife conservation and habitat restoration.
